       Yes, I also have a problem w/ppl. that will not make an effort to use their brain.

        Just sayin...... how does a person go from living in a house without running water, to having a financial adviser who arranges a $200k loan (for Vegas) BEFORE THE TICKET IS EVEN CASHED.

        It should be illegal for anyone who cant legally VOTE to buy lottery tickets.
