Are you serious that you've never ever played the lottery? Not even a scratch-off? Really?

Is this true or just to motivate your self in reverse?  A lot of people are losing hopes whenever the lottery winning numbers are announced and you know your picked numbers are not one of them.  But don't lose hope...There's always hope in trying lottery.

Spend all your money and you will win.

and make your last check bounce.

I hardly ever buy a PB ticket, so I bought a QP last night cause the clerk made me laugh and asked me to buy one. At first i declined but then said go ahead. I handed him one dollar and that's when he reminded me it was two bucks now, which I totally forgot, so I was reluctant, but forked over another buck.

I hate when it's so close like one off.

                  Winning numbers,

                  My ticket,

Having lost your "burning" desire to win the lottery might be the best thing to ever happen to you.  Now you can concentrate on ways to decrease the probability that you will not win, or to put this another way, to increase the probability you will win.  Once the dollar signs are gone the logical, rational part of your brain can kick it.  Nothing creates brain fog like "What will I buy first with all that money?"

Good luck in your future research.

I'm familiar with burnin' desire but it's never been for the lottery.

Living in the hills of east Tennessee will do that to you.    Try middle Tennessee.   Here you can have a burning desire that the Titans will have at least one winning season before you die.
