I see the date is used for bottom but then I'm lost, adding numbers or breaking up the ten into two fives?

I don't understand the rest of the rows of numbers or how to get them

Ok, this the way. The bottom row is the date, but put the day before the month. 23rd day of October, 2012-------- 23102012

Left to right:

Add the 2 to the 3=5, put over 3.

Add 5 to 1=6

Add 6 to 0=6

Add 6 to 2=8

Add 8 to 0=8

Add 1 to 2=3

Now we go from right to left.

Add 3+8=1

Add 1+8=9

Add 9+6=5

Add 5+6=1

Now we go from left to right.

Add 1+5=6

Add 9+1=1 (he says to use the 1 when you get 10)

add 6+1=7

      1 5 9 1

   5 6 6 8 8 3

2 3 1 0 2 0 1 2

Now do the same in reverse starting from the right at the bottom.

Right to left

Add 2+1=3, put over 1

add 3+0=3

add 3+2=5

add 5+0=5

add 5+1=6

add 2+3=5

Now we go from left to right.

add 5+6=1

add 1+5=6

add 6+5=1

add 3+3=6

Now starto from the right to left.

add 6+1=7

add 6+1=7

add 7+7=4

I see the 941 after the fact lol but that's one problem I have with pyramids is what way do you go

Unlike traditional pyramids where you go with up, down, L shapes, V shapes, crooked shapes, I only use up and down.

Now, had you held on to October 21st's pyramid numbers and played them on october 22, you'd have these winners.
