Hello serge can create wheels watching the numbers at each position in its largest Harnessing example if 0 23 has higher output in 2nd position filter wheel for the best
Index, or unfold the wheel has observed the best index.

Sure, you can. You also can wheel all numbers with a program, rentware, freeware or payware. You also have to get organised like S. Mandel and other bulk players. You can't do it alone. So, I play 1 to 20 combinations and it stops there!

So for example playing 29 as lowest ball number with mega ball 1, would cost you 163,185 dollars.

I prefer playing all 75 white ball numbers and all 15 mega ball numbers in 15 lines for $15, that way I'm guaranteed at least a $1 win or better when ever I play.
