This is at least one way to get pumpi back from his haitus. I hope he's doing well, I miss his unconventional way of thinking. Decades was one of his good systems.

Example: Florida,

January 11 mid-626. The last pair 26 has nine other friends. 06-16-36-46-56-66-76-86-96

January 13 mid-306

I have some ideas on how to exploit this, but i need a couple of more days. This is not the first time I've thought about this, but now it's more refined.

Any Ideas are welcomed.

BTW, this happens quite often in Florida.

I've been experimenting with the fp bp and outer pairs.  I add the pair and multiply the sum by 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9.  Using the outer pairs there were several hits in this NM p3 example.
