Hi again,
Here a great (I think still it is... ) wheeling tool I developed....Dynamic Wheels (version 1.4) The tool tries to find (by randomly shuffling the numbers) the best result for your wheel and selected filter conditions.
With this tool you can import your lottery wheel and apply filters to it.
At the moment the tool offers up to 7 filter categories;
1.Sum Filter 2.Number Group Filter (Overall & Positions, Save and Load number groups) 3.Combination Index Filter 4.Draw History Filter (max match latest x draw results) 5.Difference Filter (Gap Filter) 6.Last Digits Filter (Overall & Positions) 7.Average Filter (average of numbers in a combination)
Also useful statistics of your lottery game are available in the tool you can use in conjunction with the filters.
You have the option to filter the draw results. For example if you want to know how many draw results have 2 or (more) numbers between 1 and 9, select the filter condition 'COUNT_01_09 >=2' at filter '# Groups' and hit the add button (button with the > sign). Next go to 'Draw Results Properties' page and hit the 'Apply Filters' button. To see the -straightforward but very useful :)- statistics of this filter condition go to the 'Numbers/Last Digits Report' page. See for more information and examples my site....
Here a brief explanation how to construct you import Wheel file.
Structure import wheel file :
You can use notepad to create your import file (flat file). e.g. Wheel Pool 45 numbers, 2 if 6 in 15 lines :
01,08,19,29,34,41 01,09,19,30,40,41 02,15,18,22,28,31 02,18,22,35,37,39 03,04,06,14,38,45 03,05,06,21,36,45 04,05,14,21,36,38 07,11,12,26,27,42 07,12,17,20,26,43 08,09,29,30,34,40 10,13,16,23,32,33 10,13,24,25,32,44 11,17,20,27,42,43 15,28,31,35,37,39 16,23,24,25,33,44
Every character (token) is allowed to separate the numbers -as long it's not a number - ...
And the good news is, it's freeware...just wat we need in these hard economic times.
The tool is just a simple executable file (no installation or setup file and no changes are made to your registry)..and don't forget to unzip the file. After unzipping the file (with WinzIp or WinRar) you will get the file named WHL.exe. (The tool is build in Visual Studio 2008 and ofcourse is free of spy- or other malicious software...but it'salways a good idea to scan the file )
The draw results of New Jersey pick 6 are included and also UK pick 6 (6/49) draw result are included in the file. The date format used for the draw results is month/day/year (USA date format) in case you get date errors when browsing the included draw results. You can change the date format to DD/MM/YYYY by following the next steps (Windows XP): 1.Click on the Start Button 2.Click on the Control Panel 3.On the Control Panels, click on Date, Time, Language and Regional Options. 4. On the Regional Options tab, click the Customise button. 5. Click the Date Tabe 6.In the Short date format combo box, enter DD/MM/YYYY 7.Click Apply 8.Done. System Requirements:
Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 (32/64 bit) 512MB memory .NET Framework 3.5
So, sorry MAC people
Good luck and cheers,

Correction on the date format: I meant to change the date to format MM/DD/YYYY (and not DD/MM/YYYY) on your pc - when needed - for the included draw results files. Cheers, Simon

Simon, Thank you for the free program. Would it be too much of a pain to create a short video on how to use it? I know you have the steps listed at your website. I also noticed that you included the NJ 6/49 data file. Could you use this file if you decide to create a video? Thanks!!

Hello Stoopendal: I follow you since you did your marvellous program Lsystem 2004. Very good program. What sorrow that you were stopping publishing posts about this brilliant program in this forum... Congratulation for the improvements to Dynamic Wheels. Before it was a bit simple, but now is amazingly. The filter of "Numbers Groups" is indispensable. Sorry, I have doubts with some filters: 1) Combinations Index. I dont know what to do with this filter. 2) Differences. Is it the difference between the first and last number? 3) Average. What does mean this range of numbers? Thanks for your help. P.D.Have you thougt in add "distances" to the program? I think "intervals" can be done with "Number Groups"

Hello, stoop, good program, you can include this filter? Example of a lottery 49/6, use the maxim of previous draws three numbers, ie I select about 20 numbers Classify the filters, and a maximum of 3 numbers on the register of previous draws Ie if a bet has up to 4 numbers before the draw (any list) is to delete the game. You can filter by small and large patterns?

Hallo Stoopendaal, ik zou graag weten waar je de geschiedenis vandaan haalt voor je freeware. Draw history filter werkt toch op een bron! Ik veronderstel dan dat deze bron ook gratis is. MVG SM

Hi lottolot, 1) Combinations Index. Index Filter: For example 6/49 game has 13.983.816 combinations. The first combination 1,2,3,4,5,6 has index number 1,combination 2,3,4,5,6,7 has index number 1.712.305 and the last combination 44,45,46,47,48,49 has index number 13.983.816.
2) Differences. Is it the difference between the first and last number? Yes, that's correct. For example the difference (gap) of the combination 7,19,25,44,49 is 42 (49 -7 = 42)
3) Average. What does mean this range of numbers? It's the average-range you select here. For example if you select here the range 17.00 - 21.56 then only combinations which average value (or mean value) fall within this range will pass this filter. e.g. combination 7,12,23,38,39,44 its average value is 27.16 and will not pass this filter.
P.D.Have you thougt in add "distances" to the program? I think "intervals" can be done with "Number Groups" You mean the differences between the neighbour numbers? e.g. combination 11,24,25,36,39,47 its differences are (11-24) = 13, (24-25) = 1, (25-36) =11, (36-39) = 3, (39-47)= 8 I'll add this filter in a future release (maybe the next release ) of the tool.

Hi dr san, I think the filter you meant is already available in the tool. Go to the 'Draw History' page and select you lottery game (first you have to create your lottery game in the tool and add the draw history of your game) Next select the the button 'Load Draw Results' and you'll see the draw results listed in the panel on the right of the page (Draw Date, Draw Result, Sequence). Select in the groupbox with the title 'Draw History Filter' the match range 0 and 3 for the latest 3 draw results. Now only combinations with a match between 0 and 3 with each of the latest 3 draw results will pass this filter. The same can be done with 'Number Groups' filter. For example the latest 3 draw results are 5,8,11,28,33,49 ==> add this number group with a match range between 0 and 3 2,17,23,24,27,38 ==> add this number group with a match range between 0 and 3 12,17,29,30,42,47 ==> add this number group with a match range between 0 and 3 and finally add the numbers of the 3 draw results combined (2,5,8,11,12,17,23,24,27,28,30,33,38,42,47,49) as number group to the list with a match range between 3 and 4 (or the value you want, this just an example)

Mvg SM

Hi Gwoof, There's an error in the wheel the import function. Now you can only use a comma as a separation token for the numbers in a line. I'll fix it in the next release of the tool (I think next Monday). Are you able to import this wheel into Dynamic Wheels? (copy and paste the lines into notepad and save the file. Next try to import the lines); 01,08,19,29,34,41 01,09,19,30,40,41 02,15,18,22,28,31 02,18,22,35,37,39 03,04,06,14,38,45 03,05,06,21,36,45 04,05,14,21,36,38 07,11,12,26,27,42 07,12,17,20,26,43 08,09,29,30,34,40 10,13,16,23,32,33 10,13,24,25,32,44 11,17,20,27,42,43 15,28,31,35,37,39 16,23,24,25,33,44 There is no import function (yet) for draw history results. You have to add the results manually. Regards, Simon
