                                                              Here is a another great way to trap a Pick 3 number! Consecutive Pairs

    Pairs...... Pairs that are consecutive ......or not. 

   

     It's not exact ok.... but it is close enough to pay a lot of attention when it happens. 

     A consecutive pair happens every couple of days. Sometimes the number has 2 consecutive pairs in it but thats different...we will talk on those later.  We are just looking at a number with ONE consecutive pair ok ? 

   

   Note:  Today ....on the Ga midday it had been ....14 draws  since we had ONE consecutive pair hit...not the normal 2+- draws since midday had one. 

   

                                                              0............"67"  One consecutive pair.   

   

                                              067  552  063  055  313  867  138  824  614  007  297  592  922  778  300  589 

                      867 was a 2 consecutive pairs number.....not just one pair so it does not count.  It's the ONE pair numbers that repeat every 2 or so draws.

  Well...... just usingSingle no match numbers the balance of numbers is closer.  It's 60//50 Boxes

   That's 360//300 straight wise.  Close enough for random (gov work).  LOL 

   

                                         Now you do count doubles in there when your counting skips between Consecutive pair number hits however.

  Nice breakdown. Also, another good filter for me at least is after picking whatever combos to play, only play combos that have a sum between 11-19 since most winners fall within that range. But that's just my way of cutting costs. I may miss a hit here and there, but in the long run I believe I'd save more money.

   Sure, I see a lot of folks using that filter...... 11-19 Long sums.

   They are playing in between ...or at 597 straight numbers only..or 123 of the 220 boxes only.  Another way to focus and be consistent. 

   Of the 262 singles andapprox 99 doubles that hit each year...... they have a shot of 59.7 % at a hit if they only play at those 11-19 long sums if they played all of them every day.

   

       Oh... and of those 60 Fla draws ....of which 43 were 11-19 sum hits.

   That is above average.  The normal expected rate should be around 36 hits during that time. Everyone's game will average about 36 possible hits using just sums 11-19 only per month. Of course thats because they have almost 10% more choices to play using those sums ......because they actually have more numbers in them right? More numbers ...more chance of a hit in those sums.

  Never thought about the 11-19 sums part, thanks. I just need to find a better way of filtering my combos to save cash. Plus I've been keeping track of everything on paper, much harder.

  Georgia Pick3 Midday has had some interesting runs, starting on 5/18/2013 it had 6 Doubles in a row followed by 4 singles with a consecutive pair.

  Thanks Jim.....

    yeah that was such a mean time for us. We were in lottery hell.  LOL

   I think only one other time in Ga history did we get that many doubles in a row.

  Notice the doubles that hit just before those too. We actually had 9 doubles in 10 draws!  Oh, brother that will sure clear your sinuses for ya.  LOL 

   Then we had 8 more consecutive numbers ....one of which was a another double.  That's when I think my dizzy spells started ....and  I went on vacation. LOL

   I guess I should go on the Math Forum ...and enter that into the World Record Outliers section. The odds of getting 4 doubles in a row is almost twice that of getting a trip..... hurts my head to figure what it is for 6 doubles in a row. If I remember right .....its like half a per cent just for 4 doubles in a row.

  Consecutive pairs on the Pick4 game seems even more interesting as an initial filter for that game.

  Hello, logically in pick4 a couple in a row, has a digit pair and one odd
    The two digits that may be missing and par = par = 42, 17 = odd odd and even and odd = 45
  Odd and Even = 76 .. consecutive pairs may give clues to missing couple's example
    Choose the pair 45, I see no consecutive pairs that have not come out with the pair 45
  Ie non-consecutive deltas. consecutive pairs have put in positions
