  Hold them for 4 years if they are pick 4 containing  pair of 2   or play old numbers from 4 t 5 years ago which you have played  .  only numbers ending with 1 pair, play occasionally in between plays and during the week day time draw. They also have to be in a rare order if not organize them with the last 2 digit pair at the end,  you can play them  frequently when seeing doubles. those combination should contain 1234790 this is subject to change , If you have 9679 order 6799 small digit first, this method is to get it straight, 4 to 5 years numbers only if they have not hit in that order, this is very rare that's why 4 to 5 years.Any questions just ask i will be happy to respond.   7/22/14 7/27/14 prediction success! Notice pair at end and smaller digit first. Numbers drawn ending with pairs twice after my prediction  in CT.
