I put together an Excel program that contains 2 Excel files that will calculate the "longest out" skip from all US states & Canadian Pick 3 draws. You have the option to use or not use drawings from each of the US Pick 3 states and Canadian Pick 3 games. Also included is the Massachusetts Pick 4 game which uses the Front 3 and Back 3. You have the option of just using the Evening Draws, or just the Midday Draws, or both Midday and Evening drawings.
Instructions:
Create a new folder and name it whatever you like. Example, "Pick 3 Longest Out"
Download the following 2 Excel files into your new folder:
https://app.box.com/s/jpew6vhhob5lqvh15dqo
Open the 1st Excel file "P3StateDraws.xlsm. You should see a pop up window asking you to change the date.
Just close this window.
This Excel file may take a number of seconds to open depending on your computer's processing speed.
You don't need to do anything with this file. I normally update this every morning and post the links in the Systems thread.
If you want to update this file there is a Youtube video link or 2 I created on how to do this.
If you make an error you can always download this same Excel file again from the download folder above and start over.
Using the 2 Excel Files:
Once the 1st Excel file is open, click File > Open > and browse to the new folder you created above and open the 2nd Excel file "Step1V1.xlsm"
This 2nd Excel file may take a number of seconds to open depending on the processing speed of you computer.
You should now have 2 Excel files open and you should be looking at the Excel file called "Step1V1.xlsm".
This Excel file will calculate the draws from all the US and Canadian Pick 3 games including the Massachusettes Pick 4 (Front 3 & Back 3).
The purpose of this program is to find the "longest out" Triple, No-Match, and 6-Way sets from the previous 12 months of draws.
NOT include the Evening Draws in your analysis.
The "Step1V1.xlsm" Excel file has a Sort Toolbar where it will sort the "highest" skip of all the Triples, Doubles, and 6-Ways explained later below.
Click the Tab labeled "Draws". In cell range I4 through CG4 you can click inside each of these cells and select NO.
This will clear all the draws from that particular state from the last 12 months draws.
You can for example, click "NO" for all or selected Midday states BA4 through CG4, which will clear all the Midday draws or visa versa with the Evening draws in cell range I4 through AZ4.
All the draws are calculated from the "P3StateDraws.xlsm" Excel file.
Notice in the tab labeled "Draws" in cell range I25 through CG25 are all the draws from August 18, 2014.
Next, click the tab labeled "1000Numbers" located at the bottom.
Locate cell column "P".
Cell range P10 through P1009 are the current skips for all 1000 Pick 3 Sets located in cell range L10 through L1009.
Scroll down to cell Q38 you should see the number 21.
The 21 represents the "Lowest" skip for all 3 "doubles" sets 007,070,700.
So the 21 is telling us that these 3 doubles have NOT appeared in the last 21 days for both the Midday and Evening draws from every state/Canadian drawing.
Scroll down to cell P138 you should see the number 73.
The 73 represents the "Highest" skip for the "double" set 282.
So the 73 is telling us that the double 282 has NOT appeared in the last 21 days for both the Midday and Evening draws.
Scroll down to cell Q662 you should see the number 10.
The 10 represents the "Lowest" skip for all 6 "6-way" no match sets 179,197,719,791,917,971.
So the 10 is telling us these (6) no-match sets have NOT appeared in the last 10 days for both the Midday and Evening draws.
Scroll down to cell P945 you should see the "No-match" set 498.
So the 95 is telling us that the "No-match" set 498 has NOT appeared in the last 95 days for both the Midday and Evening draws.
Next, scroll over to cell columns PG through PW.
Here we have the Pick 3 sets separated by "type", Triples, Doubles, and No-Match.
You can click either of the 2 Toolbars to sort all 3 of the "types". The top Toolbar will sort the Triples, Doubles, and No-Match sets by "longest out" skip in each of the 3 types. The bottom Toolbar will re-sort the sets back in order from Low to High.
Notice in cell PK10 the skip of 24 days for the "triple" 777.
In cell PQ10 the skip of 73 for the "double" 282.
In cell PW10 the skip of 95 for "no-match" set 498.
Let me know what you think or if any errors are detected.
Thanks!!
