Win D's Roulette for Pick 3....Digits Zero/one and.... others
Roulette is about50/50 ....either Red or Black or ODD Even.
Really Pick 3 can be made into sort of a Roulette game of Red or Black. The Doubles could be madeGreen... and you lose.
Doubles hit 27% of the time in Pick 3.... Singles hit 72% of the time. So.... about 1 outa 4 times you will lose if you play singles only.
But.... wait until a double hits or even better 2 doubles....then play your Singles ..the probability is better that your Single will hit. When it does ...it will be in one of 2 groups RED or Black. That's as close to 50/50 as you will get in the Pick 3 game.
Here are all 120 single numbers divided into 2 groups.... They are all the Singles that contain either or both of the digits Zero or ONE......and the "OTHERS"...that do not contain a Zero or ONE.
Green (All doubles and Trips..you lose !) #90+10
- Red ( Others group....contain no digits zero/one) #56

Instructions:
Create a new folder and name it whatever you like. Example, Pick 3 Roulette Wind System
Download the 2 Excel files from the links above and save it to your new folder.
Open the Excel file P3StateDrawsBoxSets.xlsm 1st. You will see a pop-up window requesting to change th date. Just cancel to remove this pop-up window.
Then click File > Open and browse to the folder where you saved the 2 Excel files and open the 2nd Excel file called "Pick3RouletteWinD.xlsm"
Cell A1: Select the Month. Example 9 = September (Click cell A1 and use the drop-down arrow)
Cell A6: Select Day of the Month. Example 3. September 3rd (Click cell A1 and use the drop-down arrow)
Cell A10: Select how many past draws to view. Maximum = 100. Example 7 which is last 7 draws.
Starting in cell column N we have the draws from Tennessee Morning Pick 3. In cell N13 the last draw was 113 which was a "double".
Doubles/Triples = Green
6-Way that contain a 0 and/or 1 = Red
6-Way that DO NOT contain a 0 and or a 1 = Black

Do appreciate the good imagenative effort Win D, but regrettably these potential multi pic 3 degit roulette combos do not have anything special to overcome the odds & consequently all will lose at the negative expectation rate, in the long run even with the kind assistance of winsumloossum fine tool box excel files.

It's one little filter.
Everyone At least most already know that. At least I thought the the older more experienced players would know that ...including even the marginal players.
This is an old post and was posted here many years ago as more of a fun teaching tool than anything. Even back then it was posted as another different perspective for newer less experienced players back then. Several other ideas have come out of this type of filter over the years.
It's just one more option as afilter tool among many. It's just another fun perspective on the game. It's was presented in a large ...colorful and visual way for entertainment. It makes the point anyway.
Newer players have said they enjoy seeing this. It might help someone grasp the ideas behind this type of filter and .......it becomes just one more filter to add to all the other filters.
I guess I should have been more careful introducing this old post of a Roulette pick 3 "game" .....for those who still don't grasp what it was about.

It's sorta' like the famous "Wobe Sisters" New York Times News story from years ago. I had no idea it was going to need a disclaimer at the end. Believe it or not....It too used the same numbers for entertainment.

With all due respect WD, I did not comprehend the related roulette post to be just a fun filtering device (no disclaimer) so I innocently went ahead & tested same. No damage to my dashed humble hopes, mind you & I see no other posts either way. So perhaps my sheer ignorance & inexperience is showing, as you apply & generously point out but I do appreciate your post clarifying response but, candidly, not the unfriendly or smug undertone
As you are Single "0" Roulette aficionado,(not a trick question) with your professional expertise, is it possible to devise a wagering strategy whereas one number could yield a higher payout over the others???

You are an experienced long time player...... so I thought you ...of all people...... pointing out the obvious weaknesses in using a single filter tool as a System by itself...... well you understand what I thought then.
What followed was meant more for actual newer players to clarify the post.
Back in 2006 when it was first posted it was more for newer players as an eye opener. The original post was actually more toward showing the 0/1 group as a filter but even more than that....showing the power of ANY 2 digit combination. Not just the digits ZERO/Ones. Even though it was an off balanced filter it still got the points across in both a fun or colorful way.
If I were really trying to show a true Balanced filter ......I would have used Mostly/All .....high/low...even/odd ....in/out.....as RED/Black ....which are actually 50/50... and a lot easier.
