As we all know mega millions is run by each individual state, not an organization.  But say in a drawing my state michigan had 2 $175,000 prize winners and NY,IL, & GA each had one.  Is Michingan solely responsibile for their 2 prize winners and all the other prizes that are won?  I was just wondering.

    All NON-JACKPOT prizes are paid through the individual states (same as Powerball.)

    BTW, did you see last night's "Change Play" prizes?
