O.k. There are a few that can be disables right off the bat.
You can uncheck the following without any problems.
money agent- unless you use the calendar that tells you when your bills are due.
real tray- you will have to check update yourself if you want to update your real player (otherwise, no biggy)
aol8.0tray icon- it is placed in there so it start a little quicker. so, it's not really needed.
webshot ink- that only needs to stay if you want it to automatically want your wallpaper to change everyday other than that... Bye-bye
gator ewallet- I would completely uninstall this one. It is spyware. If you don't order through the net it's not needed.
load power profile- uncheck just one of them. Win 98 always loads two identical lines in the start menu. I always uncheck one with no adverse affect. be sure to keep one of them checked though.
microsoft office startup- again, this is just if you use the calendar section the only other reason is a faster load up time.
clicktray calendar- I'm not sure what program this goes to but if you don't use any calendars through your computer. it can go bye bye.
O.K. these are just a few of them that could be unchecked. Some of the others I don't recognize off the top of my head. The only two that your system needs in this section to run correctly is systray and explorer and I don't see explorer in you list. hmmm...
Of course, the nortons is your antivirus, and I wouldn't touch that still image monitor either. your scanner won't work correctly without it. You will want to leave those checked.
After you uncheck the other boxes restart your computer and then go back and look at your resources it should have raised some without all of the extras running in the background. There are several other that can be disable but it all depends on what you like.
Good Luck,
Bryan :)
