  In the Dominican Republic you can buy the Florida lotto tickets and

  You can play the Massachusetts State Lottery from interstate. They ship the tickets by UPS, not by the US Mail, so no laws are violated. I buy lottery Season Tickets as gifts for relatives in Hawaii, where they don't have a state lottery.

  10. ANSWER: Yes, anyone 18 and over can purchase any Lottery product at any agent location in the state. All players can collect their prizes at the same locations listed in question four. Additionally, Season Tickets can be purchased directly from any sales agent while in the state. Most season tickets can be purchased from out of state, by calling l-800-222-TKTS. The ticket can be registered in the owner's name by completing and returning the registration form to the Lottery.
