In simple terms, a Blanced Game is a six-number combination that falls within the Most Probable Range of Sums.

I don't recall hearing about a "positional" wheel before.

          Column1   Column2     Column3      Column4       Column5

          Median 5    Median 13    Median 20    Median 27     Median 35
          Mode 1       Mode 8         Mode 23     Mode 32        Mode 39

Maryland 5/39 Game I would use +/- 5 for each position of the median.
Mode is the most picked number in that position so if you notice the mode
normally falls in the median of +/- 5 for Maryland's 5/39.  This is some of
Ion Saliu's functions I use for positionally wheeling.
