I am glad I ran into this post. Is this just a permutation of that particular draw in WI to form a set of numbers? How do you convert them? Have you tested others?

Simply put...yes, I started with 0059 and replaced the digits with those numbers :

0 = 1, 5, 9      1 = 0, 6, 9    2 = 4, 7    3 = 6, 8    4 = 7, 8, 9

5 = 0, 7    6 = 1, 3, 9    7 = 2, 5    8 = 3, 4    9 = 0, 1, 4

And then I had fun coming up with the possiple permutaions, and this was a short one.

The trick is to find the right number to convert, and not to weed the potintial winners ! 

And another yes, tested a lot and  it works on a daily basis :)

Are these the numbers that you are saying to play "all states"? I am sure we could build an Excel program out of this...what do you think?

That was just an example, and they were RAW numbers, no research done, so I can not say for sure All-State..... yet !

as for Excel program; Count me in :)

Okay...if you could send me a couple of examples like this one you did, and kind of show me what you had done with them, I could write a program whereby you would input the combinations and they would spit out the results like how you have it there. It might take a little while, but it might be worth looking into.
