NC,SC,GA are all 300.00 a book regardless of each tickets price so that means only 60 tickets per 5.00 roll...yours was 089 so I'm guessing there are 100?????

and if that's the case that's more evidence that most big hits are either torwards the very beginning or very end...

I have played a lot of N.C. scratch offs lately (over 2 months).  Have won 50 on the $3 Harley, 25 on the $2 Double Diamonds and 1K on the Lifetime

$10 ticket, $70 on Mag 7s.  Not much else, but happy so far.  The dollar tickets are not worth the paper they are printed on.  My theory is to buy the three, five and tens and see what happens. 

BTW, I follow the winners on the lottery website.  On 6/23 one guy won 1K, 1K, and 1K on the 130 million blockbuster, then another 5K on the Lifetime Riches I think.   Then another guy have a very similar win.   These both looked fishy to me and really the lottery ought  to look into that sort of thing, got to be some sort of inside information or a clerk scratchin till they win.

not to be 'racist' or whatever...stay away from the indian run and north african run stores in the charlotte area...the owners hit repeatedly over and over and over again..the indian/paki owners on charlottes south side are notorious for this...

I live right over the border in sc...the closest gas station, the guy keeps the 10.00 behind the counter...when he sees a string of no winners...he buys the next...he's hit 1k numerous times..take a look at the winners on the nc state site...you'll see its no coincidence.

Doing it that way thier odds of winning is much greater than normal player, which I believe is totally unfair.

Thanks! I'd love to find the $3 mil too! I know about the annuity, which is fine by me :D $25 is higher than I'd usually pay for a ticket but I figured my chances were better since it was a new game. The store I usually get tickets from is still on their first pack, whereas they're already on 3rd or 4th pack of Money Plus.

My winning card had a Bonus of $100, and I got a Minecar (10x) above a $25. So I thought it would get me $350, but the cashier told me it was worth $400 (I think there was some bonus of $50 for hitting the minecar? Not sure.. but I didn't argue... lol)

Accorrding to New York Lottery homepage, 2 winning tickets have been claimed and 4 lucky tickets remain.

In New York, I've been lucky several times with scratchers. Didn't save the #'s, but last year I won $1,000 on the $10.00 Badabing ticket twice - in one week!! I bought the tickets in two different stores but on the same block!

Have had luck also with other $10.00 scratchers too. It'd be great to get the top prize one day!

This was a 10 dollar scratcher called "Million dollar megaplay".  While I didn't win a million dollars, I won 15 by matching a 5.  A 5 dollar advantage, not bad.
