Florida lottery winners suspect state "system error" is blocking prize payouts
Yeah, we debunked that too expensive thing years ago. It's easier for the lottery to use computerized drawings, that's for sure.

If they see that everyone has picked a particular number and their payout is more thank their budget they'll all of a sudden have technical issues with their drawing
This is one of the top issues mainly for states that use computers to pick their numbers. The question is can states with computerized drawings legally change the drawings after they see what combos players have chosen.
I have no issue with states that use ball machines. Yeah technical issues may happen but as long as they

Texas: 7/1 - 7/31/2023
After the Eddie Tipton story about him changing the computerized numbers so when he plays the drawings he wins. I believe Texas does this all the time. If it's random it's no way someone can change the numbers. Those live drawings are the computerized numbers they chose before the actual drawing. His story is interesting. No one had the correct questions like if it's random how was he able to change it in the system. They just focused on him cheating because he worked for the lottery commission

Ohio lottery
Ohio based draw games are not computer generated , they use mechanical ball machines. You can watch the Pick 3, 4, and 5 drawings live at 7:29 PM on channel 5 (WEWS). You can also see the recorded drawings here .
So I repeat, what computerized crap are you referring to?

NY Dream Team 2023
Still mechanical drawings for the 3ball and 4ball. If it was computerized they would have announced that. I don't think they would want to mess with the good thing that they have.

Pick 3 Forecast (Multiple States) 15th Edition
No. I do not predict states that use computers to choose their drawing results.
As matter of fact, I feel all states should be required by law to use ball machines and show their drawings live online so the whole world can see.
Sign the Petition for True Lottery Drawings now , and send a clear message to Washington: that they need to put a stop to computerized lottery drawings, and impose federal guidelines on how lottery drawings are to be conducted. -Editor, Lottery Post

Technical difficulty with New Jersey Lottery Pick 4 drawing results in two sets of winning numbers
Lucky for New Jersey and the few states that still have mechanical ball drawings for Pick 3/4 and other draw games.
It sucks that 'due to the pandemic' we went to computerized draws (KY) and MD not too long ago joined this screw the players mentality.
Glad NJ did the right thing and had another draw. I know it is quite a process weighing each ball and they have to be within so many nanograms of each other. Remember KY lottery had my question on this years ago and they showed how it was d
