PA Pick 3...Anyone Paying Attn to this pattern?
So taking a cursory look at Penn, I notice that during the last 10 days, the pattern for pairs:
Take the first and last digit of the Pick 3 draw to pick your pairs. And they seem to hit within three draws or less. That's $15 for $40 here in the Carolinas.
Just an observation.
