Last Edited: November 3, 2004, 12:43 am

Fox News just projected that Bush wins Ohio - which means he will certainly go on to win the whole thing!

Entry #102

I just hope this wasn't another premature projection by Fox but I am optimistic. Very good news.

Hehehe. You had to figure it would happen. The Kerry campaign is contesting the projection of Ohio to Bush.

Yeah, I guess they figure they can make up 140,000 votes. Sore losers!

I am going to say something that is going just tick a lot of Democrats off and invoke Richard Nixon into this post. Richard Nixon had more class than any modern Democrat has. Richard Nixon had more to bitch about in 1960 than these pathetic Democrats have in Ohio but yet for the betterment of the country he didn't fight the election results in 1960.

i hate to tell you guys this, but it was a premature prediction by fox news. every other media outlet is saying that it is too close to call. cbs is reporting that john kerry will contest the results if he loses. the sad thing is that he can make a good argument because of the fact that the ohio supreme court overturned a recent decision that banned voting eligibility challenges. kerry has announced that if he loses ohio, he will challenge it. he is being a sore loser, but i saw this coming. i read on drudgereport.com that kerry has said he will not concede the election until every vote is counted. long story short, HE'S PULLING AN AL GORE.

i'm a littyle scared that this one may result in a electoral tie. even is bush wins ohio, kerry can tie it if he wins every state. granted bush would likely win it in the senate, but i just want this goddamn election to be over with.

I hope Kerry won't persue it to the courts myself. I havn't heard anything in the news coverage I've been watching saying he will challenge it. What I have seen is every indication they will simply wait until the provisional ballots have been counted. Hopefully after that, no matter which way it goes, will be that.

I am here to retract my earlier post. I made that post with assumption the Democrats were going to fight Ohio to the end. John Kerry has conceded the election. That is a very patriotic act on his part and he did the right thing. Way to go Mr. Kerry!!!! Kudos.

Yes Mr. Kerry, way to go... that was the equivalent of dropping out of school in the last month of senior year.
