Fact of the matter is that they could've and should've went about it much differently with minimal aggression. Now, a Defamation of Character suit will prolly prevail which can be good and bad. It's almost as if that clock to Ahmed is as a hoodie to a black kid...it seemed to represent something bad based on the 'possession' in was in. Hmmm....
