School paddling was allowed when I went to school. It was only effective if part2 of the punishment took place at home. Part 2 was no joke in my home, so part 1 did not hardly occur. It's not the school's job to make your child behave, it's the parents. Our parents told us what we should do and not do in school, if we were guilty of any, there was a consequence.
