The types of activities the KKK engage in. They just go under different names now a days.

I have no problem with protesting at all, it's American, but I do take issue with destroying-vandalizing property that has absolutely nothing to do with the issues at hand. This is the same premise that I base my argument around protesters that block roads and highways and taunt drivers that are simply trying to get through. Gotta draw a line somewhere and there are specifics on both sides of the law. I just wish they'd protest like MLK did back in those days with h his people. They were peaceful and maintained themselves within the law, although, whites and/or KKK members would routinely destroy blacks' homes, property, and hang them for absolutely no good reason whatsoever...other than THEY COULD.

The protesters may have engaged in behavior that is similar to the kkk, but their motives are in no way the same. The kkk are homegrown terrorists that came on the scene after the Civil War to spread hate and cause mayhem in the south by burning down houses, churches, hangings, and getting laws changed to further deny people of color equal rights under the constitution. There is really no comparison. LL, I agree with everything you said.
