I just checked the vote tally and there is no way he will get a recount even with counting absentee ballots and the write ins counted. There is currently a 1.5% spread and he needs 1/2% or less for a recount.
If his sexual allegations are false he needs to sue all those who made allegations including Alred with her yearbook she represented.

I saw they were signing up people in prison to vote for the other guy. Unsure about prisoner vote being legal in Alabama.

I hope he does sue.
Anymore in this country a person is guilty before before proven innocent.

I hope he does sues, then the burden of proving the allegations are untrue will be on him. I hope all the women agree to take a lie detector test along with Moore. This will settle once in for all who's telling the truth. Even though it is inadmissible as evidence, it will say a lot about the credibility of the women, as well as, the credibility of Moore's denial. I'm surprised Moore's attorneys did not offer to do this. I wonder why? What do you have to lose if you are supposedly telling the truth?

It is not legal for inmates, parolees, probationers, or ex-felons to vote in Alabama. These people have been disenfranchised and cannot vote. In 2016 there were approx. 286, 266. Felon voting rights are only restored through a governor’s executive action or a court order.
