Radiator water! I have not heard of just plain water in a radiator in a long time.
Glad to see that she made it through the ordeal.

Radiator fluid/Anti-freeze is deadly and rarely is straight water in the system unless it is a drag race car which are banned from using anti-freeze. I'm thinking she may have been drinking windshield washer fluid which most of the time is filled with water at most repair shops as do what they can to keep cost down.
