They're griping b/c after a decade or longer of being given much more leeway and now they're being treated like any other person seeking asylum. SMH

And the one woman whining b/c her husband was being detained, well...I have no sympathy for her OR him. U.S. law states that if someone is seeking asylum, then they must do it legally and apply at a point of entry, NOT sneaking across the border. If Cuba's medical system is so much better than ours, then why did the guy w/ diabetes flee that country for this one?

Something like 76% of all legal immigrants are on public assistance. These people aren't seeking political asylum but economic asylum....and there ain't no such thing. If the left is hell-bent on letting these people in, then THEY need to subsidize them - put their money where their BIG mouths are.
