I would think group influence molds a person into who they are. INCELs are no different than any other group who influences an individual.

Movie plots have changed a lot over the years so that also may be an influence.

INCEL, according to the urban dictionaries, are group of young men who are "involuntarily celibate". I wonder if there's a "Senior Chapter" of the club? I never was much of a horn dog in my younger days; my pop once cautioned me to think of waking up next to some ol' gal and then decided if I wanted to wake up next to her for the rest of my life.   I decided back then opt for quality over quantity when I could...and with just about everything else in my life that was applicable.

I've read that teen aged boys think about sex every 20 seconds and I really wouldn't doubt that statistic. I know that now, being old enough to have a teen aged grandson, that it's gone all the way up to about a minute and a half for me these days.

Case in point: the last woman I dated, I told her I had been saving up for years.   She thought I meant money.
