Nobody blamed Obama for a lot of things, but esp. not that he was the one who separated children from their parents and put them in "cages".   Everybody laughed when Obama said there were 57 states or pronounced corpsman as "corpse man" and nary a peep when the video surfaced where he admitted to being born in Kenya. No, they didn't but they ragged on an obviously exhausted man as he said the wrong Ohio town or spelled covfefe instead of "coverage". No telling why that happened, but who cares? I didn't and found it even funnier than one of G.W. Bush's malapropisms.

And the left is dumbstruck why they're getting such blow-back now. I can't speak for everyone on the right, but I can tolerate a lot of things except hypocrisy and esp. on such a massive scale as exhibited by the left.

You sure know how to tell it like it is. They refused to say anything negative because he was Black. Blacks refuse to criticize Black politicians no matter how wrong they are or how crooked they are.

@ Mikeintexas - I can't articulate things any better than what you just said.

Thanks, konane. I could have given a dozen more examples where Obama got a free pass from both his supporters and the press, but my posts are usually TL;DR anyway.

And, as far as typos go, I like to relate a story from a few yrs. back. I used to do a "newsletter" to friends and family, just an update on what I was doing, the best links I had found online and a joke or two I had read. I never really knew how to close out the email; "Love, Mike" was a little too personal for a few on the list, so I settled on the more impersonal "Regards,"

Did you realize that the "T" and the "G" are very close to ea. other on the keyboard? Talk about a mortifying typo.
