I discovered "The Wire" a few yrs. back and binge watched it. I thought it was fiction, but now I see it was more of a documentary.

If you follow the facts where there are Black Administrations, you will see the facts about Black Administrations. I have never seen one of them that doesn't have a crime problem and a budget problem. Baltimore received 17 billion dollars in tax dollars last year. I will bet the workers in Baltimore never came anywhere near that amount in earnings. I will bet every city ran by a Black Administration will show the same results.
