An elected US Senator of Maryland is not questioning Garcia about his under oath recorded statements Garcia made in court admitting he is an MS-13 Gang Member and that he illegally entered the USA though the desert in the great state of Texas and how he skirted the courts in Maryland for the last 13 years.
On April 14 and 15, of 2025, the lower district court received evidence of Garcia’s recorded testimony as exhibits by Trump’s team as documents 74 and 77 of the lower District Court’s case.  Trump’s team submitted those documents with an appeal as document 82 to the 4th District Court of Appeals and the court of appeals forced Trump’s team to file them with SCOTUS.
Shame on the Maryland’s law system for allowing this sham to continue.

Trump’s team placed the attorney who falsely represented this case in the lower district court as an error on Administrative Leave and the lower district court and SCOTUS have fail to point those facts out in their descent or opinions. Misleading the public and being exploited by a Maryland Senator.
SCOTUS at this next hearing has a lot of explaining in their upcoming new opinions.
It is time for congress to end the bad behavior per Article III of the US Constitution in our court systems, Senatorial congressional members, and the news media.
