* Really? Didn’t Trump defy the Supreme Court when they told him to return that Garcia guy? He stalled & told them that the guy was in a max prison there & he’s administration did not have jurisdiction over another country? Short term memory loss there huh Jap?

I said lower court judge which can be over ruled by the Supreme Court by its authority.
The President and Supreme Court are equal branches of government. So they have the right to establish who is right.
