Suit against presidential candidate dismissed

On Friday, October 24, 2008 R. Barclay Surrick ruled out suit against

presidential candidate, Barrak Obama. Rules suit too vague and effects

too attentuated to confer standing on any and all voters.

Berg's already covered that base in his video expecting it to be dismissed. However, he says he'll file again. Fat lady hasn't sung on this one yet.
