Yep agree. Federal government's LEGAL responsibility ..... not Louisiana's ...... to act on spills that far out at sea. No fire booms ... 12 day delay acting .... playing the blame game .... pass the buck to BP instead of immediately acting. Epic fail, but never fear the taxpayers will be hit hard on this fubar.
