It is feigned anger.   He still had to blame everybody but himself including once again Bush.... the past ten years, as if all of history has been the past 10 years. Thanks Konane.

Thanks Jarasan! A redistributionist by their very mindset wouldn't know personal responsibility if it flew in their face, much less assume it under their watch.
