That is one of the oldest tricks in politics when they want money. We need money or we are going to layoff the most critical of the workforce first.

In ohio there is no good paying jobs for the handicap .....I think we should lay them all off and hire them back threw the temperary services for minimum wage........... that is how the rich treat the people here in ohio like slaves.............
