STILL SCREAMING...HE'S GOT TO GO! Higher rates are you kidding me? We'll pay higher rates for our usage then pay more state tax to help support all the section 8 people.
Did anyone ever tell him that 50 thousand years ago half the northern U.S. was buried under ice a mile thick? The earth goes through cycles! maybe all those caveman fires caused global warming back then.
