Hello all..........has anyone heard the lastest  Holiday surprise that congress has planned for us? 

I understand that part of their new bankruptcy law includes that the credit card companies and banks.........will be required to change thier required mimimum payment from 2% to 4%..........

guess it's supposed to take effect late October.........

does anyone have any further information about our  secret Holiday Surprise?
