I'd put all them dumbass sumbitches with their drawers half off in jail.

The town I live in, the court room does not allow men to wear short pants, shirts must be tucked in, and of coarse, belts must be worn on those saggy pants or that person will be TOLD to leave and not come back until that person has the right dress code in respect of the Judge.
