Obama reverts to 2008 plan: Blame Bush

Right after election day in 2008 all you heard out of the Obama transition team when something started to point a little better for America was that O got elected and that is the reason for the improvements.
A little stock rally, hiring improved, on and on.
That went on for about one year after inauguration and then silence. It was back to Bushs' fault.
Now it's campaign on Bushs' fault again. Sure does have a love affair for Bush on blame game.
