I saw this too, and it's not even credible. It's like a reverse mortgage but only from high spending to low.
Rex Nutter has been known to twist info to liken his readers in the past.

Nutting put out an initial impact story on this subject. A lot of people will believe it without finding the real facts.
A blame Bush tactic

RUSH: I just got a note reminding me that Bush did not even sign the 2009 budget. Bush didn't sign the 2009 budget, and the Democrats held it over for Obama to sign. And then Obama refused a photo-op because it was filled with earmarks. The 2009 budget had a lot of earmarks in it. Bush didn't sign it, Obama didn't sign it, but it still was there. Here's the tally. I've made an error. The $140 billion Stimulus 2, they are -- the Nutting guy at MarketWatch is -- calculating as Obama spending.

RUSH: Okay, here's the deal. Cut to the chase on this. In fiscal year 2009, Barack Obama spent a total of $1.065 trillion that Nutting at MarketWatch and Pelosi produced charts saying that Bush spent. Bush didn't spend it. Bush didn't spend the stimulus bill. He didn't authorize it, ask for it. It was not even in his mind, but because it happened in 2009, it was lopped on to the 2009 budget that Bush did not sign, as it turns out. So they assign this to Bush-era spending. They're saying that Obama spending cannot be calculated until October of 2009, when the new fiscal year starts. No spending before that could possibly be Obama's, that's what they're saying, and of course they're not right about it.

Obama has not signed a budget since he has been in office. All his budgets get voted down. 100% nays to 0% ayes in both houses.
This has been a spend as you go presidency.

The spending is way out of control, everytime the fed prints money and loans it to the government, the dollar weakens and inflation rises, If it doesn't change our kids and grandkids will never be able to afford anything, they will quite simply become slaves to the government. Nobody should have a 400 dollar gas bill and still be cold, I believe this government is helping to create poverty, blight is spreading because people don't have the money to fix things. I think depression and hopelessness is now the norm, I see it is the eyes everyday, and it's turning people into something I believe they don't want to be.
When people have nothing to look forward to, the rules that keep us civil will cease to exist.

obamas budgets want to tax the wealthy,so none of them pass.that's what this whole country is now,for the wealthy to maintain their status, while everyone else struggles to pay bills.

About as well as to be expected still only getting 3 of 4 numbers right regularly. But have gotten 2 pick 4's straight for 50 cents in the last 6 months.

I want to hit p4 for 20 bucks straight lol.

@ scorpio
Obama can take every penny the rich have and it's not going to affect you struggling to pay your bills one iota.
So what is your point?
