This country has always been a country of haves and have nots. The burden of this country has forever been on the shoulders of the have nots. It's time that some of this burden be shared by the haves who have been reaping all the prosperity at the expense of the have nots. In other words, the rich is getting richer, while the poor is getting poorer. This has nothing to do with the redistribution of wealth, this is called shared responsibility.
