Affirmative Action is still needed, it's door opener and get your foot in the door. All these silly stupid White and Blacks(Pubs) that saying that it isn't needed ,I would like to have seen the Blacks and Latinos get into Harvard, Yale, Princeton and etc. without the help of the AA.
