Why not shoot at the vest by hanging it on something like a fence? unreal!

Oh God give me the strength!!!!!!!! I can't help myself...............................guns don't kill people, people kill people. She appears trigger happy, gun probably fired accidentally, prematurely, early, too soon, before everybody was in the right place.   Some pistols have detentes and she may have been unfamiliar with the pistol.
