I can see Harley's point but they should just honor the warranty work now in this case for the sake of good customer relations. They'll lose this beef in the court of public opinion and wind up doing it anyway.

Seems as though HD is a little misaligned on what, if any this should be covered under warranty. For the price of replacing the clutch and labor around $300 to $400 they're going to lose millions in public trust. Doesn't make too much sense to me.
