Who didnt see this coming during the Katrina disaster as it was being discussed. Back when the media actually did investigating and reporting. Sure took a long time. He needs a 20 year sentence.

I was born and raised in New Orleans and I am not shocked about the corruption that goes on there. Corruption is deeply rooted there from the Mayor's office to the police office. The city of New Orleans has a culture of corruption. Ray Nagin is just one of many corrupt politicians that have gone to prison where they belong.
