They tried serving a warrant unannounced by entering through a side window at 5:30 AM!!
I don't blame the man for shooting as I would have thought these SWAT members were burglarizing the home as well.
They found no drugs and yet want to give the homeowner the death penalty. I think he should get off on attempted murder as well because these idiots broke in without identifying themselves as law enforcement.

We have a lot of issues with the race card being used when it comes to police brutality but this poor guy did nothing wrong other than defend his home. I am sorry that a SWAT officer died but what did he expect for breaking in to someones house at 5:30AM? a hot breakfast and coffee?
