Gonna hold out for all the forensics and timeline stuffs. So far, though, it seems this kid was destined for doom according to his record and prior confrontations. More than likely, that gun wasn't registered and a 'throw down' type deal used only to rob. This is what makes it tough, for jurors, when a fatality takes place. At least no gun was present in Ferguson and Brown wasn't running away.
