Nothing new here. Republicans don't know how to develop a strong message and deliver it to get their people to the polls. So, instead, they do the whole voter ID/ intimidation thing to cut back the turnout of that which they FEAR. Most Republicans tend to be fearmongers and conspiracy creators. 'If we can't beat 'em, then let's DECREASE 'EM.' That's the only math they know...how to subtract. Umph, umph, umph.

Seriously, no one is getting disenfranchised here. What people don't understand is the same ID used to register to vote is the same ID you show when you vote. If you have lost your ID (lost, stolen, expired, revoked) the State of Texas will GIVE you a FREE voter ID. The SOS has MOBILE voter ID vans all over the state. UN observers who came here in 2012 were astonished that no ID was required to vote in the USA.

Since the voter ID law was enacted, South Texas has seen tremendous increases in voter turnout.

All the Ds say there is no voter fraud. If that is so, how are people being convicted of voter fraud. Yes, it is happening. One person who goes into the booth and casts a vote for someone else cancels MY vote.

Unfortunately much voter fraud occurs with absentee ballots as witnessed in the recent video showing a young man with the logo of a liberal political organization dumping hundreds of absentee ballots into a ballot box. http://buzzpo.com/democrat-caught-stuffing-ballot-box-arizona-video/
