The jackpot for Friday's Mega Millions rolled over to $154 million, while the top prize in tonight's Powerball multi-state lottery stands at $222 million.
The numbers drawn in Tuesday night's Mega Millions lottery were 1, 6, 13, 20 and 51, and the Mega Ball was 31.
The Mega Millions jackpot has been growing since a player in Ohio won $41 million on March 12.
The Powerball jackpot has been climbing since March 30, when an Illinois player won $50 million.
If a single player wins tonight's Powerball jackpot and chooses the cash option, he or she would receive a single payout of approximately $144 million before taxes, Georgia Lottery officials said.
