A New Jersey woman won a $4 million Pick 6 lottery drawing after buying two tickets with loose change she found scattered about her Morris County home.
Wanda M., of Roxbury, watched the April 29th drawing on television and showed up the next day at New Jersey Lottery headquarters in Lawrence with her son and daughter to claim her jackpot, officials said.
Wanda bought a pair of $1 quick pick tickets at Valero, a gas station on Route 46 in Netcong. She said she yelled out, "we won the big one!," when her daughter showed up a short time time later.
The two then immediately went to the gas station to get the lucky ticket validated.
The winning numbers from the April 29, 2019 Pick 6 drawing were: 10, 18, 23, 24, 32, and 40. The XTRA number was 4.
The Pick 6 jackpot has now been won three times this year. Stanley McKelvin won $4.5 million with a ticket bought at BuyRite Liquor on Harrison Avenue in Kearny for the Feb. 25 drawing.
In January, a park ranger, Judith Smith of Bayonne and her children, William Kenneth Lee Smith and Sarah Jude Smith, claimed a $29.5 million prize they won in the Dec. 17 drawing. That ticket was purchased at Eddy's Wine & Liquors on Avenue C in Bayonne.
The odds of a $1 Pick 6 ticket matching six numbers are 13,983,816 to 1.

Noticed it is up to $2.2 million, not bad change. You watch both MM & PB will get won too before the 24th---happens every visit there. Maybe will just stick with their Cash 4 Life, better payout than Lucky 4 Life, but @ this point in my life IDC!
