The Tennessee Education Lottery Corporation wants to recruit around four-thousand vendors and will begin advertising for them in the next few weeks.
Lottery spokesman Will Pinkston says the corporation is looking for strong retailers with proven business sense.
Pinkston says the lottery must invest a computer terminal, a satellite dish and employee training in each outlet.
